This policy explains what personal data aWorex processes, why, and the rights you have over it.
Who we are
aWorex is an AI-powered platform that diagnoses, monitors and improves the digital presence of businesses. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
Scanning third-party domains
Our public diagnostic analyzes websites that may not belong to the person requesting the scan. We read only publicly available information (DNS records, public pages, certificates, reputation signals). We do not attempt to access private areas, and we never bypass authentication or security controls.
Data we collect
Domains and URLs you submit; diagnostic results; lead data you provide (email, language, device, hashed IP); account data from Google sign-in (name, email, avatar); billing data handled by Stripe; and, where you connect it, Google Search Console data. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
To run diagnostics and continuous monitoring, generate editorial content, send transactional and alert emails, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
Legal basis (LGPD)
We rely on consent, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (security, product improvement), and compliance with legal obligations, as set out in Art. 7 of Brazil's LGPD.
Processors we share data with
Stripe (payments), Resend (email), MongoDB Atlas (database), Anthropic (AI analysis), Upstash (job queue) and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data on our behalf under contract. Some are located outside Brazil.
International transfers
Where data is processed outside your country, we rely on adequacy or appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
Your rights
Under LGPD Art. 18 you may confirm processing, access, correct, anonymize, port, or delete your data, and withdraw consent. Contact our DPO to exercise these rights.
Cookies & consent
We use essential cookies to operate the site and, only with your consent, analytics cookies to improve it. You can change your choice at any time via the consent banner.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Public scan sessions expire automatically after 24 hours.
