The service
aWorex provides automated digital-presence diagnostics, continuous monitoring, and AI-assisted editorial content.
Eligibility & domain ownership
You may only place a domain under monitoring or content management if you own it or are authorized to act for it. We may require proof of ownership before activating these features.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may vary by the quote presented at checkout.
Acceptable use
You must not use aWorex to scan or target domains you are not authorized for, to break the law, or to disrupt the service.
Intellectual property
Content we generate for you is yours to use; the aWorex platform, models and brand remain ours.
Disclaimers
Diagnostics and recommendations are provided in good faith but we do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic or revenue outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, aWorex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced. Continued use means acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
